1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how the company that operates Machine.fun ("we" or "us") processes personal data when you use https://machine.fun and related services (the "Services"). We are the controller of that data. Contact: legal@machine.fun.

2. What we collect

(a) Wallet and blockchain data: your public wallet addresses and the transactions you make through the Services. Blockchain data is public by nature.

(b) Account data: email address, handle, profile information, team memberships and roles, linked social accounts, and your acceptance of our Terms and launch terms (with version and timestamp).

(d) Technical data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser information, and VPN or proxy indicators, which we use to enforce access restrictions and keep the Services secure.

(e) Usage data and cookies: pages viewed and interactions, through strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent where required.

(f) Communications: messages you send us.

3. Why we use it and our legal bases

(a) To provide the Services and perform our contract with you (account, launches, claims, support).

(b) To comply with legal obligations, including sanctions, anti-money laundering and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

(c) For our legitimate interests in keeping the Services secure, preventing fraud and abuse, handling reports of illegal content, enforcing geographic restrictions, maintaining an accurate public record of token launches, and improving the Services.

(d) With your consent, for analytics cookies and optional marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data with: our development and operations service provider, which runs the Services on our behalf as our processor; hosting, infrastructure, email and analytics providers; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data. Data published on the blockchain or in permanent public storage is available to anyone.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may process your data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer data of persons in the EEA to a country without an adequacy decision, we use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open and for 2 years after it closes, and technical logs for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law or for a legal claim.

7. Blockchain permanence and launch records

Information recorded on a blockchain or in permanent public storage, including token launch information and the launching handle, cannot be changed or deleted by us or anyone else. We delete or anonymise your other account data in line with Section 6.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Some rights are limited where data is recorded on a blockchain or in permanent public storage (Section 7), or where we must keep it by law. To exercise your rights, contact legal@machine.fun. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We and our providers use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and credentials.

10. Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the updated version with a new date. For material changes we will give notice through the Services.
